Confirming your appointment will be seen as acknowledgement of our Appointment Cancellation & No Show Policy. When you book an appointment at HelloYou Cosmetics, that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations within the time stipulated in our cancellation policy will allow us to allocate this space to someone else without it affecting our ability to operate.
We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to us and our other clients by calling 24 hours – 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel (or reschedule) if you cannot make it.
A cancellation fee of 50% of your total treatment cost booked will be charged to your credit card or Gift Certificate for all cancellations within 24 hours. If you fail to attend your appointment a No Show Fee will occur in the amount of your full appointment fee. After experiencing multiple cancellations and/or now shows, we may ask you to pay for your next appointment up front.
If you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you.
